- Relevant Background: A background in social justice, advocacy, community organizing, or a related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups.
- Resilience and Determination: A can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
