Navigate Campaigns, a new and award-winning Democratic direct mail and digital consulting firm, is looking to hire an Account Executive for 2024. This is a seasonal position that could become permanent. Navigate Campaigns works on races up and down the ballot for candidates, independent expenditures, and issue advocacy organizations. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a collaborative environment, learn about the use of mail and digital advertising, and bring fresh ideas to our existing structure.
Applicants do not need to have prior experience working at a direct mail or digital firm.

About the position:
- Manage the mail process from the planning stage to printing.
- Create mail and digital plans using polling research, previous election results, modeling, and more.
- Write mail as needed or manage writers working on assigned projects.
- Improve existing processes.
- Monitor digital ad performance and adjust as needed.
About You:
- An interest in political communications.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- At least one cycle of political or campaign experience.
- Experience with VAN or Targetsmart.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to admit mistakes and learn from them.
- Good sense of humor and a desire to have fun while working.
The salary for this position starts at $55,000 a year (commensurate with experience). Benefits include health care and a cell phone stipend.
