Progressive candidate for Congress in NH-01 looking for an experienced and effective campaign professional to serve in leadership role in campaign as Campaign Manager.
- Recruit, hire and manage a full campaign staff.
- Draft and execute a strategic plan for the campaign in consultation with the candidate, team leads, advisors and consultants.
- Manage every aspect of day to day campaign operations
- Manage digital, media and mail consultant teams including contractual agreements and deliverables
- Manage the budget and cash flow
- Manage political outreach and endorsement strategy
- Staff candidate as required
- Responsible for all strategic and tactical decisions
- Perform all other campaign duties as required
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have at least one cycle as a Campaign Manager or two cycles as a Senior or Junior level campaign staffer in a race of similar size, scope and budget.
Candidates with significant experience managing staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience with budgeting, cashflow, scheduling, fundraising, communications, organizing, political outreach, and consultant management of paid communications
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, NGPVAN, Numero, or other similar donor database experience
