The Liz Dahan campaign for the U.S. House in Florida’s 13th Congressional district seeks a skilled campaign manager to join our team!
The Campaign Manager will plan and organize a winning campaign and oversee all aspects of the campaign organization.
**Duties and Responsibilities: **
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive campaign plan, including allocation of resources.
- Coordinating strategies and tactics among all campaign functions (field, fundraising, finances/compliance, and communications) and prioritizing across the functional areas based on consultations with the respective leads.
- Ensuring all legal requirements are met for the campaign to qualify for the ballot.
- Managing campaign systems and infrastructure and adding new tools as needed.
- Managing campaign expenditures and adjusting timelines based on resources.
- Hiring and managing staff and high-level volunteers and consultant relationships.
- Reviewing and approving contracts with vendors and ensuring timely payment.
- Prioritizing the candidate’s priorities and schedule.
- Other strategic activities as assigned.
- **Qualifications (Required): **
- Must be willing to live in or relocate to the beautiful coastal area of Florida’s 13th Congressional District.
- At least one, but preferably two cycles of experience working for a political campaign, including managing a staff and budget.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage your time — even in a fast-paced, hybrid work
- environment.
- Willingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekends.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Passion for advancing democracy, women’s rights, and flipping red districts blue!
- **Qualifications (Preferred): **
- Experience overseeing polling, research, and paid media.
- Experience directly managing/staffing a principal.
