**Position Summary**
Technicolor Political is seeking a Client Services Associate. Reporting to the Vice President, the Associate will support Partners and Principals, by engaging in research and synthesis, organizing and proofing materials, assisting with business development, and servicing clients.
The ideal candidate has experience communicating strategically on political campaigns and/or in the political consulting industry, superior writing and research abilities, and knowledge of the political consulting field and electoral landscape in 2024 and beyond. 

**Responsibilities **
- **Client Services **
- Provide agendas for and take notes during client meetings
- Track competitive buys and assist with media buying processes 
- Assist with shoots and production (including working with campaigns to find surrogates, locations, and extras for shoots)
- **Research and Synthesis**
- Write memos and messages for both internal and external use
- Build pitch decks and proposals, and create reels
- Pull relevant information, clips and/or videos for clients
- **Organizing, Integrating and Proofing Materials**
- Create client folders in a shared drive, and keep the drive organized
- Track and memorialize memos, polling, releases, spots, clips, etc.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure that documents are error-free
- Assist the Operations team in tracking invoices and other responsibilities upon request

**Essential Skills**
- Understanding of relationship between media firms and political campaigns and at least two cycles experience working with media firms (either in-house or as part of a campaign)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, and editing/proofreading experience 
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the political consulting industry
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency with managing spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets, Google Suites, PPT, and Keynote)
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Track record of thriving in a remote environment, including collaboration with team members who work in a different city and/or time zone
