**Communications/Press: Communications Directors will work closely with campaign staff to develop a comprehensive message platform for the respective congressional race, and will oversee the implementation of the candidate’s message and strategy through local and national media outlets. Candidates will supervise all paid and earned media for the congressional campaign, and should be comfortable interacting with members of the press. **

**Communications Directors are highly motivated and politically driven individuals. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with prior campaign experience and/or on the record experience. All applicants should have some background in communications and/or public relations tied to the political process.  Salary, bonus, incentives based on funds raised through your own effort.**
