We’re in search of a team player with technical skills, creative thinking, and a long term commitment to our mission and values!
This position will be responsible for designing and building reports that track progress and health of key programmatic priorities, including voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and leadership development as well as monitoring compliance with data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene. Work will involve a substantial amount of GIS in support of our neighborhood based organizing system. 
Other responsibilities as needed, including aiding other departments and responding to data support requests, questions and flags.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**Required: **
- 2+ years of experience with SQL or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with GIS in a work environment or equivalent
- At least one full political cycle working in a data analysis role for a campaign or advocacy group
- General knowledge of statistics and analytical reasoning  
- Deep understanding of how data intersects with electoral organizing 
- A commitment to our mission of turning Texas blue
- Familiarity with: Hex, dbt, and/or GitHub
**Nice to haves:**
- Experience A/B testing
- Experience with VAN and/or Reach
**Compensation:** $75,000/annual
