**2024 Connecticut Coordinated Campaign Data Director: **The 2024 Democratic Coordinated Campaign, is seeking a passionate Data Director to join our statewide campaign. With important races at all levels, our team will play an integral role in electing Connecticut Democrats this November! The Data Director will be responsible for managing access to the statewide voter file, monitoring its use, and supporting senior campaign leadership with strategic voter-contact analysis. The Data & Analytics Director will report directly to the Coordinated Campaign Director.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, build and maintain reports to support key programmatic priorities across several
- Provide timely & strategic analysis of voter file and election data
- Develop pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into reports and tools as needed
- Assist in targeting and resource allocation
- Create and maintain data standards in coordination with the Organizing team to ensure proper data capture and hygiene
- Respond to data support requests, questions and flags
- Other responsibilities as assigned
**Ideal Experience and Characteristics:**
- At least two cycles of experience in a data role in a campaign or progressive advocacy or electoral organization
- Experience with creating reporting systems for organizing programs; advanced knowledge of VAN and Excel or Google Sheets is required
- Highly organized and independent work style; a strong ability to multitask and communicate
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to build relationships, listen, collaborate, and lead with respect and professionalism.
