**Job Description:**
Mondaire for Congress is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and motivated individual to join its finance team for a top-tier 2024 House race. The Deputy Finance Director will be a key member of the finance operation for what will be one of the most expensive House races this cycle. We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and interest in working in fast-paced environments.

Please note that this position’s schedule will occasionally require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

The Deputy Finance Director will report directly to the Deputy Campaign Manager and will be responsible for a number of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with Deputy Campaign Manager to develop in-district fundraising events plan,
- Build and implement fundraising events;
- Prepare briefing materials and staffing plans for events;
- Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising goals through donor outreach;
- Schedule donor and donor prospect meetings in the district;
- Maintain meticulous records of contacts, donations, and event plans;
- Coordinate with Call Time Manager on donor calls for candidate call time;
- Research and identify new donor prospects and develop strategy for outreach;
- Assist with other finance or campaign-related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- One cycle of finance experience on a campaign or at a committee
- Experience using campaign finance tools such as NGP and ActBlue (Numero is a plus)
- Detail-oriented self-starter with an interest in Democratic fundraising
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to being a team player 

**Logistics:**
This position will start in Q2 of 2024 and end in November of 2024. The salary range for this position is $5,250-$6000/month, commensurate with experience. A $500/month health care stipend will also be provided.
This position will be expected to live in the district by the end of May of 2024.
