The Biden for President campaign is looking to hire a Donor Outreach Manager to help retain the campaign’s deep well of grassroots supporters online. You correspond with donors directly in the inbox, as well as create comprehensive experiences to cultivate the campaign’s strongest supporters through mass communication channels.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, draft, and send email and peer-to-peer texting campaigns to retain existing monthly donors.
- Ideate on and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to cultivate and upgrade mid-level donors.
- Produce email and SMS campaigns to be sent to grassroots supporters, focusing on accuracy in copy and targeting.
- Produce clean, professional user experiences on tight timelines, with coordination across our design and data teams.
- Manage incoming correspondence from online and offline touchpoints, including our inbound call center, reply-to inbox, and other sources.
- Refund contributions when requested. 

### **Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- You have 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, development, or grassroots fundraising. 
- You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; you should have an eagle-eye for typos and errors.
- You should be incredibly organized; able to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadline-driven environment. 
- Experience with a CRM or mass email system (e.g. Action Network, Scale to Win, ActionKit, NGP) is a plus.

### **Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience with an email program for an electoral campaign, advocacy organization, or non-profit organization.
