Job Description

As a Field Director for our political campaign, you will be a key leader in our efforts to mobilize supporters and secure victory. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust background in grassroots organizing. The position is based in Parker, Colorado, a suburb of Denver.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute a comprehensive field strategy that includes voter contact, volunteer engagement, and rural outreach.
- **Team Management:** Recruit, train, and oversee a diverse team of staff and volunteers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet the campaign's goals.
- **Community Engagement:** Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations to bolster support for the campaign.
- **Data Oversight:** Ensure the integrity of campaign data, utilize analytics to guide strategy adjustments, and oversee the use of digital tools for voter engagement.
- **Resource Management:** Manage resources effectively to ensure that field activities are conducted efficiently and within budget constraints.

**Who You Are:**
- **Experienced:** You have at least two electoral cycles of field experience, including roles that involved managing large-scale volunteer operations.
- **Adaptable:** Able to pivot strategies quickly based on campaign needs and external factors.
- **Organized:** Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
- **Communicator:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technologically Savvy:** Proficient with VAN (Votebuilder), Google Workspace, and other general-use software. Experience with peer-to-peer texting tools and relational organizing tools is a plus.
- **Driver's License:** Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

**Compensation:**
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Employer-paid healthcare benefits are included, and housing may be provided by the campaign if available. Usage of personally operated vehicles will be reimbursed, including for relocation to the district if necessary.
