The 2024 New Hampshire Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign is seeking
Field Organizers to help ensure Democratic victories across the state in 2024. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2024 at all levels of the ballot - join us to reelect President Biden, elect Democrats up and down the ballot, and regain the governorship and state legislative majorities in this  year’s elections.

Your role will include:

- Organize and execute events and volunteer opportunities across your designated region
- Recruit and train volunteers to participate in direct voter contact, including but not limited to door-to-door canvassing, high-traffic canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizing 
- Build relationships with local activists, stakeholders, and organizations in your region
- Develop volunteer leadership teams to prepare for a robust Get Out the Vote
- Other responsibilities as assigned

- _Previous campaign experience is not required_
- Passion to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in New Hampshire in 2024
- Flexibility, scrappiness, and an ability to problem-solve effectively and creatively 
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range
- of people and build community
- Excellence in time management and organization
- Willingness to work long hours, often including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to work in person in your assigned turf through Election Day 2024

This role will be based in New Hampshire and will require in-person work.
