**The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a campaign Field Organizer on a highly competitive race. **Nicole Ruscitto is an educator, coach, and mom running to flip the Pennsylvania State Senate’s 37th district, a critical seat if Democrats hope to flip the chamber in 2024.
This is a campaign cycle (April through November), full-time position based in Allegheny County._ Individuals who graduate in the Spring of 2024 are still encouraged to apply._
- Prior campaign experience is not required, though it is preferred.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Commitment to winning a Democratic Majority in the PA State Senate;
- Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong time management and organizational abilities;
- Ability to work long and occasionally irregular hours;
**PREFERRED SKILLS: **
- Familiarity with VAN/Votebuilder software
- Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Salaries start at $3000 per month and are commensurate with experience.
