The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified individuals to serve as campaign Field Organizers. 
These are campaign cycle (April through November), full-time positions based mainly in Allegheny, Erie, Dauphin, DelCo, and Chester counties.
Individuals applying for Field Organizer positions do not require prior campaign experience, though it is preferred. 
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS: **
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment; 
- Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public; 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; 
- Strong time management and organizational abilities;
- Ability to work long and occasionally irregular hours;
- Commitment to winning a Democratic Majority in the PA State Senate
**PREFERRED SKILLS: **
- Familiarity with VAN/Votebuilder software
- Basic proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
