Former Phoenix Vice Mayor Yassamin Ansari is currently running to replace Rep. Ruben Gallego for Arizona’s 3rd Congressional District and is seeking to create an energized field team. AZ03 is a diverse district that covers Central, South and West Phoenix with a small portion of Glendale. We are looking to hire **Field Organizers** in the coming weeks, to help our campaign operate the largest field program this cycle.
Each FO will be required to be based in Phoenix, AZ at the start of their employment with **no possibility of a remote start.** We are looking for self motivated individuals, who are able to work in a fast paced environment and manage their own daily tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone with any level of campaign experience, knows how to use NGPVAN, P2P Texting and Relational Organizing tactics.
**Responsibilities**
- Commit to a certain number of doors knocked and calls made weekly for overall campaign goals.
- Escalate volunteers into leadership positions and coaching volunteer leaders to take on additional responsibilities as needed by the campaign.
- Meet weekly voter contact metrics, such as daily phone calls, door to door canvassing, volunteer shifts completed, relational contacts made, etc.
**Qualifications**
- 1 cycle of prior campaign experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with NGP VAN, Google Suits, and P2P software knowledge.
- **Bilingual is a strong preference. **
