**ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN & CREATIVE SERVICES TEAM**
The Campaign & Creative Services team is a leading Democratic political consulting firm with a record of winning tough races. We are a team of operatives, campaign managers and strategists and have an in-house creative studio that specializes in brand strategy, video production, copywriting and design. We serve as strategic and creative partners to our clients, helping them solve their biggest challenges and win races. Strategy and storytelling are at the heart of our craft. We develop our clients' message and deliver it to the right people with the right creative. We script, produce, edit and place TV, digital and radio ads in multiple states and markets and so much more.
 
**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
BerlinRosen is seeking a Finance and Operations Associate that** **will serve as the deputy to our Director of Operations on the Campaign & Creative Services team. This person will work at the center of a leading Democratic political consulting firm, managing our day-to-day finances and coordinating vendor relationships. This is a job for someone with high attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.

**Role duration**: This is a temporary, full-time position that will run from April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. 

**Role location: **This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Campaign & Creative Services team is in-office at least 2 days per week.
 
**ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS**
As a Finance and Operations Associate on the Campaign & Creative Services** **team, you will...
- Generate invoices, make invoice adjustments and issue credits
- Open purchase orders
- Chase outstanding vendor invoices based on open purchase orders
- Open all new jobs in our accounting system 
- Track client payments and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner 
- Review vendor invoices for discrepancies based on vendor pricing agreements
- Enter vendor bills into our internal tracking system
- File vendor invoices and related documents in the division’s digital files
- Assist CCS staff in tracking projects, expenses and expected revenue to keep financial and administrative work moving

**Essential skills:**
- Has a track record of being highly dependable and organized, and can handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to be responsive to evening and weekend requests for creating invoices and purchase orders for client services team members
- Willingness and desire to pitch in and support as necessary with work outside the listed responsibilities
