**Responsibilities and Expectations:**

- Assist the Finance director in managing and growing the individual giving program
- Coordinate and execute the thank you program for donors and event hosts
- Maintain relevant financial trackers for the campaign
- Organize, support, and staff call time for the candidate 
- Assist in managing the NGP and ActBlue databases and maintain data integrity
- Track invites, manage hosts, staff, and coordinate logistics for fundraising events
- Work on other duties as assigned by the campaign manager or finance director

**The Finance Associate/ Call Time Manager should possess:**

- A minimum of 1 cycle in campaign work preferred, ideally in fundraising
- Experience with online tools management, including social media platforms and databases. NGP and ActBlue experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and an ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- An ability to work some weekends and evenings during peak work seasons
- Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, or another language spoken in the district is a big plus
