Job Description

[Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom](https://www.nv4reprofreedom.org/) (NV4RF) is a campaign dedicated to passing a constitutional amendment in 2024 that will guarantee access to abortion in Nevada. The campaign seeks a Finance Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the campaign’s fundraising program. The Finance Director will report to the Campaign Manager and will work closely with the Campaign Manager and the Finance Committee to expand the campaign’s donor base and hit aggressive benchmarks.  

**Responsibilities:**
- In conjunction with the Campaign Manager and Finance Committee, develop and execute a multimillion-dollar fundraising strategy, establishing aggressive fundraising and cash flow goals.
- Manage a team of finance consultants specializing in events and out-of-state fundraising
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Finance Committee members and major donors.
- Generate prospects and produce donor research that identifies new targets.
- Assist in the planning and supporting of high-dollar fundraisers.
- Oversee the surrogate call time operation, including generating call sheets and managing follow-up.
- Develop fundraising materials, including any direct mail campaigns, digital fundraising appeals, and other collateral.
- Monitor fundraising activities and regularly report on progress to Campaign Manager and Finance Committee.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant campaign finance laws and regulations, including any and all state or federal campaign finance reporting requirements.

Other duties as needed. Some evening and weekend work will be expected as campaign and electoral needs demand. Light in-state and national travel may be required throughout the cycle.

**Qualifications:**
- Multiple cycles of political or issue advocacy fundraising experience, and one previous cycle as a finance director or deputy is preferred. 
- Prior experience using NGP, ActBlue, and other relevant programs is required. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with donors, supporters, and staff at all levels. 
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Access to reliable personal transportation.
