The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Finance Director for one of their top-targeted State Senate campaigns.

The position is full-time and based in the Pittsburgh area. The chosen candidate will work with the candidate, campaign team, and SDCC team to implement a robust fundraising plan aimed at raising $1-$2 million during the 2024 cycle. Unlike other similar positions, emphasis will be placed on fully training the Finance Director in order to successfully implement all required job duties and essential skills.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in financial record keeping and projections
Qualifications:
- One cycle of campaign experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, especially Excel & Google Sheets
- Experience with NGP & Actblue preferred
- Experience working with campaign, nonprofit, or other fundraising a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $40,000—$50,000 (Salary based on experience)
