Dave Min for Congress is seeking a Finance Director to help keep California’s 47th Congressional District blue and flip the House majority for Democrats. Dave Min is a California State Senator, former UCI Law professor and father with a long history of public service and political tenure marked by thoughtful leadership. CA-47 is a must hold seat for Democrats and is a top target race for the DCCC.
The ideal candidate will have…
\- 2+ cycles of experience in campaign finance
\- 1+ cycle of experience managing staff - Experience planning fundraising events
\- The ability to hold self and staff accountable to goals
\- Strong organizational and communication skills
\- Experience on federal legislative races preferred
\- Willing to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
\- Access to a cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Relevant skill set:
\- Executing a finance plan, including call time, digital, events, PAC, member and labor giving - Donor prospecting and list building - Events scheduling and management - Expertise in NGP and ActBlue
\- Expertise in Calltime.ai or other CRM software
\- Cash Flow and projections experience
