Sapphire Strategies is looking for an entry-level Production Strategist to join our team. Qualified candidates will have the unique opportunity to work on some of the biggest digital fundraising operations in all of Democratic politics, from Speaker Nancy Pelosi, to Leader Hakeem Jeffries, to House Majority PAC. The Production Strategist will code and load emails and texts, proofread and check messages to ensure they are held to strong production standards, and help verify messages are optimized across fundraising platforms. 

**Responsibilities Include:**
- Ensuring that all messages are held to stringent standards of grammar, accuracy, functioning links,
- Ensuring emails are mobile-optimized
- Helping maintain strong email deliverability
- Additional duties as needed

**Skills and Qualifications/Requirements:**
- 2+ years of digital or fundraising experience for campaigns or progressive causes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or other front-end development experience
- Knowledge of CSS and/or ad platforms is a plus
- Experience with platforms like Action Network, Blue State Digital Tools, or NGP

Salary range is $50-65k depending on experience. We offer an incredibly competitive benefits package. Position can be based in DC or fully-remote.
