**Summary:**
Join the David Trone for Senate Campaign as a Fellow in our Digital Department, where you'll be at the forefront of melding policy innovation with digital outreach. **Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the Digital Organizing Manager to recruit and engage volunteers, create and manage an online volunteer community, and implement digital strategies to advance the campaign’s goals.
- Apply data analytics to refine digital strategies, ensuring campaign messages resonate effectively with our audience.

**Qualifications:**
- A profound enthusiasm for leveraging digital mediums for political engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex matters for a wide digital audience.
- An agile and innovative thinker, capable of adapting to the dynamic nature of digital campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently, contributing to both team initiatives and individual projects.
- A commitment to allocate 20 hours per week to the fellowship, with the versatility to support various digital campaign activities.
