We are hiring an Account Manager, US to work with our clients in the United states and ensure their campaigns succeed. This includes:
Developing a partnership strategy for the general elections in 2024 and reaching out to new clients
Working with the delivery team to ensure all campaigns are successful and delivered on time.
Electica is a fully remote company. That means you can work from anywhere in the US. We organize quarterly in-person retreats to align on strategy and bond with teammates. Previous locations include London, Maine, Croatia, Portugal, Spain and Ireland.

Responsibilities:
Client relationship management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on their campaigns
Provide strategic guidance to clients, during all phases of the campaign
Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.
Work with our Campaign Strategists to ensure all digital campaigns are running smoothly for the client
Business Development
Identity and pursue more opportunities for Electica in 2024 by leveraging your personal network and building a strategy to forge new relationships
Develop a sales pipeline and manage the sales funnel from lead generation to upselling
Participate in client sales meetings
Create sales presentations
Travel within the US.
Ad buying
When necessary, assist in ad campaign delivery and optimization digital buys on the Meta ecosystem
Required expertise:
3 years of experience working in political campaigns
Interest in digital political campaigning
Great project management skills
Effective communication & presentation skills
Track record of successful project & client management
Preferred expertise:
Experience in digital political campaigning
Experience running digital ads on platforms like Meta or Google
Compensation and benefits:
Salary between USD 50,000 - 70,000, depending on experience
Yearly bonus amounting to 5%- 20% of gross annual salary
