Job Description

Our **Advertising Operations Associate** role offers a unique opportunity for an entry-level individual to learn the ins and outs of digital advertising in the progressive community at one of the industry’s premier firms. Our Advertising Operations Associates work to traffic and optimize our clients’ digital advertising campaigns. 

**As a member of our Advertising Operations team, you will:**
- Traffic digital advertising campaigns in variety of ad platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Campaign Manager 360 
- Manage the quality assurance process of campaigns prior to launch 
- Identify performance trends across clients that can lead to actionable changes in client strategy 
- Perform research and administrative duties, as assigned

**We’re looking for: **
- A professional with 0 to 2 years of digital media experience – on-the-job training will be offered in order to ensure proficiency with advertising platforms and internal processes
- A team player who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and is organized and detail oriented
- An individual excited to work for Democratic campaigns and other organizations working to make the world a better place
- Someone with a knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook and Google Ads, is preferred but not required

**Relevant details:**
- Salary band: $50,000 - $57,500

- This is a full-time, exempt position and evening and weekend work can be expected at key points during the election cycle. **This position goes through November 2024** with the possibility of an extension based on mutual interest and business needs. This is a union-represented position.
- This position is based in our office in Washington, DC. This position will work a hybrid schedule, with two days a week in the office and three days remotely. All RTI employees are expected to be up-to-date on all COVID vaccinations and boosters.
