Work in consultation with the candidate, staff, and consulting team to develop and execute campaign strategy - including organizing, finance, coalition-building, and daily operations.
Work with candidate to hire and manage campaign staff.
Diligently monitor and document progress toward campaign goals, including the campaign plan and budget.
Oversee management of the candidate’s schedule to ensure it accurately reflects the campaign's strategic priorities.
Maximize opportunities for engagement from the candidate's personal network.
Staff the candidate and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
At least one cycle as a Campaign Manager on a Federal campaign or multiple cycles on campaigns in junior and senior roles.
Self-starting attitude with a knack for organization and proactive problem solving.
Ability to work effectively with grassroots and national organizations.
Willingness to attend, as needed, campaign-related meetings and events.
Access to a laptop, phone, and car (with valid driver’s license).
Staff management experience.
Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends.
Commitment to electing Democratic candidates.
