Arizona for Abortion Access (AAA) is a campaign committee dedicated to passing a constitutional amendment that will establish a fundamental right to abortion. AAA seeks an experienced, dedicated and disciplined Finance Director to join the team.
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in driving fundraising efforts to ensure our success.
Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in fundraising, financial management, digital and SMS fundraising, and event planning.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee campaign’s Finance Plan in collaboration with campaign leadership, including tracking of all incoming contributions and pledges
Work closely with campaign finance consultants and EC members
Plan, coordinate, and execute Arizona fundraising events, ranging from small grassroots gatherings to high dollar events
Make projections, monitor fundraising progress, make strategic recommendations, and work with campaign leadership team to help manage cash flow
Help oversee a strategic online fundraising program in consultation with campaign leadership
Participate in strategy conversations and collaborate with other departments, such as political and digital teams, to maximize potential of the finance department
Qualifications
At least one cycle of experience as a Finance Director preferred
Experience developing a finance plan
Experience using NGP
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to meet deadlines

Salary: $9,000 per month
