Arizona for Abortion Access (AAA) is a campaign committee dedicated to passing a constitutional amendment that will establish a fundamental right to abortion. AAA seeks a dedicated and disciplined Field Organizer to join the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and experienced in volunteer recruitment and management.
The Field Organizer will work closely with the Field Director to develop and execute a political program throughout the state of Arizona.
Duties and Responsibilities
Engage in direct voter contact to support passing the Arizona for Abortion Access Act
Support the field team with outreach and volunteer recruitment and coordination
Prepare for and staff canvass launches and phone banks
Provide support as needed
Manage relationship with volunteers
Recruit for events
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience Votebuilder/VAN strongly preferred
Superb communications skills
Strong attention to details
Goal oriented mentality
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to meet deadlines
Logistics
Salary: $5,000 per month
Benefits: Full employer paid healthcare
Must have a valid DL and vehicle
Must be willing to travel across the region to actions and events several times a month
