Arizona for Abortion Access (AAA) is a campaign committee dedicated to passing a constitutional amendment that will establish a fundamental right to abortion. AAA seeks a dedicated and disciplined Political Organizer to join the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, culturally competent, and experienced in event production, volunteer recruitment and management.
The Political Organizer will work closely with the Political Director to develop and execute a political program throughout the state of Arizona.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the political team with outreach and coalition partner support
Staff & table at political events
Provide support as needed
Manage relationship with volunteers
Recruit for events
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Superb communications skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferably in Phoenix, AZ
