Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience in art direction or senior-level design roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across campaigns, branding, digital media, and interactive design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing creative teams and mentoring designers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
