We are seeking an Associate Coordinator of Communications and Development that is a self-starter and detailed-oriented professional ready to jump into the fast-paced environment at SGR Consulting. This role is responsible for SGR’s day-to-day operations, client management, and executive support. Anticipating needs and gaps for the team and solving complex administrative problems will be paramount.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive and strategic administrative partnership to SGR leadership
Manage complex and rapidly shifting calendars with minimal guidance, making recommendations to organize and optimize executive time
Create executive-ready material
End-to-end event planning and logistics
Project management across multiple clients; enforcing timelines and managing firm action items to a close
Track all contributions received and fundraising deadlines
Execute office management and operational tasks for the firm
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, strategic planning, event production, or office management
The ideal candidate for this should should have a consistent record in office management and strong analytical skills
Political experience preferred, not required
