JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Associate Coordinator of Communications and Development that is a self-starter and detailed-oriented professional ready to jump into the fast-paced environment at SGR Consulting. This role is responsible for SGR’s day-to-day operations, client management, and executive support. Anticipating needs and gaps for the team and solving complex administrative problems will be paramount.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and strategic administrative partnership to SGR leadership 

  • Manage complex and rapidly shifting calendars with minimal guidance, making recommendations to organize and optimize executive time  

  • Create executive-ready material

  • End-to-end event planning and logistics

  • Project management across multiple clients; enforcing timelines and managing firm action items to a close 

  • Track all contributions received and fundraising deadlines  

  • Execute office management and operational tasks for the firm

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, strategic planning, event production, or office management

  • The ideal candidate for this should should have a consistent record in office management and strong analytical skills

  • Political experience preferred, not required

  • Based in San Francisco
