Job Description: As an Associate for Digital Advertising, you'll work with a wide range of clients, including campaigns, corporations, associations, nonprofits, and issue advocacy groups. You will create and manage digital advertising efforts end-to-end, from media planning to creative development, launching ads, and reporting results. Your role is pivotal in delivering impactful, strategic, and innovative media campaigns to help clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns on various self-serve platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

  • Upload and maintain digital assets, including audience targeting data, on self-serve advertising platforms.

  • Monitor and adjust the pacing of active campaigns to align with approved budget parameters.

  • Analyze performance data across clients to identify trends and suggest strategic improvements.

  • Implement creative asset changes based on a set schedule or upon client request.

  • Handle the billing invoices and the creation and implementation of Insertion Order (IO) requests for platforms that require managed services.

  • Prepare client presentation materials, including campaign launch decks and weekly reports.

  • Stay current with digital creative trends to advise on asset production tailored to client targets and goals.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a political digital strategy role, with a preference for experience in setting up ads on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Snapchat. 

  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to quick changes in priorities and timelines.

  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office tools, including Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, and Presentations/PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thorough quality assurance processes, especially under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, skilled in juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Benefits

SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target base compensation in this role is $58,500 (DC) or $62,400 (NYC). In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
