Technicolor Campaigns is seeking a Client Services Associate who will support Partners and Principals, by engaging in research and synthesis, organizing and proofing materials, assisting with business development, and servicing clients.

As a Client Services Associate you will:
Lead competitive tracking for assigned client accounts and assist Partners and Principals with media buying and planning processes
Monitor media mentions and race developments of assigned campaigns and oversee the acquisition and organization of production assets
Searching for and collecting stock footage and audio
Participate in and support the preparation of client meetings
Assist with video ad shoots and ad production, including scripting and post-production processes
Performing quality control on TV, digital, and radio spots
Conduct messaging research and candidate backgrounders
Build pitch decks, create reels, and draft RFPs, with the guidance and support of Partners and Principals.
Attend training programs, conferences, briefings, and informational meetings to grow the firm’s overall network and expand industry knowledge
Conduct and present research to the firm on emerging opportunities and best practices within the industry
Qualifications:
2-3 cycles of political campaign or consulting industry experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the ad production process (pre-production, production, post-production)
Experience coordinating timelines, assets, or deliverables across internal teams and external vendors
Ability to remain calm, responsive, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments
This is a remote position that reports to Partners and Principals. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Technicolor Campaigns provides employees with a benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and a 401(k) with employer contribution.
