JOB DESCRIPTION

The Strategy Group is hiring Associates to work in our Chicago office for the 2024 election cycle.

About You

You make things happen. You have the capacity to monitor moving pieces and can manage multiple projects at any given time. You love checking things off your list and finding creative ways to get things done. You are enthusiastic about progressive politics and electing Democrats at all levels of the ballot.

You are organized, self-motivated, and able to complete projects both individually and as a part of a team. You have the ability and willingness to take on and complete large, complex projects that require significant time investment as well as a number of smaller, more administrative tasks.

About Our Firm

The Strategy Group was founded in Chicago in 1989 by progressive campaign professionals committed to the idea that strategy makes the difference between winning and losing elections. Since our founding, we have grown into a national firm with offices in four cities and an unparalleled record of success.

No other political direct mail firm in the Democratic Party has been more successful at winning elections at every level of the ballot than The Strategy Group. From presidents and members of Congress, to governors and local elected officials, we work at the front lines of campaign politics to ensure that Democrats are successful on Election Day.
