JOB DESCRIPTION

The Bale Dalton for Congress campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager. This staffer will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the candidate in a competitive, battleground race.

Responsibilities 

• Work with the Finance Director and execute day-to-day finance operations, including managing trackers and financial databases 

• Execute the call time program, building call lists, preparing briefing materials, and staffing call time 

• Help train and manage interns and volunteers 

• Assist the Finance Director with fundraisers and events, including staffing

• Other duties as assigned by the Finance Director, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more cycles of campaign fundraising experience

• Experience managing candidate call time 

• Experience with NGP, ActBlue, and CallTime AI

• Team player, well organized, and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once 

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment that will include some nights and weekends

•  

• Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

• Based in Florida’s Seventh District or willing to relocate
