JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Call Time Assistant

Reports To: Campaign Manager

Intention: Candidate Fundraising Assistant

Work Location, Hours: On-Site, 20-30hrs/week

Pay Type: $16/hr, 1099

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary: The Call Time Assistant reports to the Campaign Manager and is responsible for sitting with the candidate during the predetermined call-time schedule to take notes, prepare candidate for each call, and escalate contributions to Campaign Manager. The Call Time Assistant is responsible for maintaining Numero and Phone Burner with up-to-date contact information. The Call Time Assistant is responsible for communicating with the Campaign Manager any notable communications for follow up. 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Facilitate day-to-day communication with high-value donors to bring campaign contributions in

  • Work directly with Campaign Manager to develop messaging and scheduling for optimal contribution collection

  • Manages relationships with donors and escalates conversations to Campaign Manager for contributions as necessary

  • Collaborates with Campaign Manager to strategize and maximize call time and outreach efforts

  • Helps develop call time resources for Congressional candidate

  • Produce daily fundraising reports

  • Other duties as needed

  • Ability to work with leaders, staff, and members at all levels of organizations

  • Commitment to the election of Democrats to the U.S. House of Representatives

  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels
