Call Time Manager – Jessica Killin for Congress
The Killin for Congress campaign is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Time Manager to support our fundraising operation. The Call Time Manager will report directly to the campaign's finance director and play a critical role in the day-to-day fundraising efforts of the campaign.
About the Role
The pay range for this position is $4,500–$5,000/month, dependent on experience. This position will** begin remotely with the expectation of transitioning to in-person** as the campaign progresses. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site as needed.
The Call Time Manager is one of the most essential roles on any campaign finance team. This person sits with the candidate during fundraising call time, tracks all notes in real time, and ensures that every donor interaction is followed up on promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of candidate call time, including sitting with the candidate during sessions and recording detailed notes
Research and organize call lists in advance of each fundraising session
Handle all donor follow-up, including thank you notes, pledge reminders, and next-step communications
Enter and maintain accurate data in the campaign's fundraising database
Report call time results to the broader finance and campaign team
Assist with scheduling and logistics as needed
Staff fundraising events and assist with event logistics
Serve as a driver for the candidate as needed
Qualifications
One cycle of campaign experience, whether as an intern, volunteer, or paid staff
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive donor information with discretion
Self-starter who can manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Commitment to electing Jessica Killin
