Matt Maasdam for Congress is searching for a Call Time Manager for the 2026 election cycle to lead the campaign’s fundraising call time program.
This position will start ASAP. This position is based in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District and the employee will be expected to regularly staff the candidate in-person.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the candidate’s fundraising call time: leading a system of prospective donor research, developing call sheets, staffing call time, and conducting timely follow-up.
Compile reports and work with the Finance Director to track call time progress and maintain the finance plan.
Assist in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and other campaign events.
Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidate.
Assist with contribution processing and compliance needs.
Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the campaign depending on the campaign’s needs and employee’s demonstrated strengths.
Qualifications:
Hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, with a high level of attention to detail
Commitment to the team’s core values of teamwork, judgment, integrity, passion, and courage
Prior experience (including internships) in campaigns or fundraising is preferred but not required.
Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets
Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, and Pingdex preferred but not required
Salary: $4,000-$5,000 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.
