JOB DESCRIPTION

Tim Greimel’s campaign for Congress in MI-10 is hiring a Call Time Manager to support the fundraising program on one of the most high-profile toss-up races of the cycle. The Call Time Manager will report to and work with the Finance Director to manage the campaign’s call time program, support fundraising events, and assist with the finance operation.

 

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Michigan. The salary is $4,500 per month plus a monthly healthcare stipend. Applicants should submit email their resume and three references to mariah@timgreimel.com.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage the campaign’s call time program from start to finish, conducting donor research to identify prospects, staffing call time with the candidate, and tracking pledges and contributions

  • Execute immediate follow up, pledge chase, and acknowledgement correspondence

  • Oversee data management to ensure accurate and timely records of all contacts

  • Build on the campaign’s existing fundraising programs to hit weekly & monthly goals

  • Assist with fundraising strategy, including pitching creative fundraising ideas

  • Staff fundraising meetings and events

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Great interpersonal skills, and a positive and thoughtful attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a campaign’s irregular hours, including some nights and weekends

  • Professional demeanor and willingness to adapt to a changing environment

  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • At least one cycle of campaign experience

  • Experience with Excel, NGP8, or ActBlue
