Responsibilities:
Manage the call time process for the candidate including but not limited to: pulling call targets for call time, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, doing all the appropriate follow-up to donors, and sending out call reports
Work with the Campaign Manager to coordinate and schedule call time
Track all call data, including texts, call backs, and emails from the candidate’s account, and ensuring all data gets entered in database
Responsible for nightly call reports
Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets
Staffing events as needed
Manage and train a team of finance fellows & interns to support our call time program
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Detail oriented self-starter with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
Strong online research skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting frequent and short deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Finance experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of ActBlue NGP8, and other finance programs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in team settings, willingness to work irregular hours.
Enthusiasm for working in an organization with a culture of respect, empowerment, and inclusion.
Connections to and/or willingness to relocate to the district is required.
Experience working on past campaigns is recommended, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $4,000/month
