We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Call Time Manager to lead and scale the call time program of what is expected to be one of the most closely watched red-to-blue House races in the country. With a competitive primary and a high-stakes general election ahead, we’re building a team capable of powering a winning campaign, and fundraising is at the core of that effort.
The Call Time Manager will report to and work with the Finance Director to build and execute a call time program that engages stakeholders at the local, state, and national levels.
This position will staff the candidate, oversee the call time program on a day-to-day basis - including building out and scaling existing processes - and will work with the senior members of the finance team to create projections, and try new approaches to build donor relationships.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Colorado (Denver Metro), with an option to begin remotely.
The salary is $4,500 per month, plus a monthly healthcare stipend.
Duties
Build out existing call time and donor targeting programs to hit monthly & quarterly goals.
Staff candidate in daily call time and form a deep understanding of donor relationships.
Create call sheets and research prospective new donors.
Execute follow up, pledge chasing, and acknowledgement correspondence for call time targets.
Oversee data management systems - ensuring accurate and timely records of all contacts.
Work with the Finance Director to create accurate call time projections and make adjustments to ongoing processes.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
It is preferred that candidates have some campaign experience, either paid or volunteer.
Experience with data management and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite is strongly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once.
A keen attention to detail and love for data-driven processes.
Professional demeanor and willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a campaign’s irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
Access to a cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle.
