A Democratic gubernatorial campaign is seeking a talented, hard-working, and organized Call Time Manager for the 2026 election cycle in the battleground state of Wisconsin. The Call Time Manager will work closely with the Finance Director to prep call time materials, staff the principal, and manage all necessary follow up to execute one of the most important aspects of the finance program.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prioritizing targets for call time and preparing detailed call sheets
Staffing the principal during call time and assisting in travel, weekend and evening call time sessions as needed
Oversee all call time program follow up including daily call follow up, pledge chasing, and a daily call time report
Track all data and ensure it is entered into NGP/database systems
Provide additional support within the campaign including with events, thank yous, data maintenance, and campaign travel
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 campaign cycles of experience, some call time experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to jump into a fast moving campaign environment
Must be available for evening and weekend work as needed.
Experience planning or managing events
Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, and a dialer system
Must have a valid drivers license and reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Wisconsin)
