The Debbie for Florida Finance Department is seeking a driven and passionate ** Call Time Manager** to join a growing team. This is a full-time, paid position.
Responsibilities:
Manage the call time process for the candidate including but not limited to: pulling call targets for call time, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, doing all the appropriate follow-up to donors, and sending out call reports
Work with the National Finance Director to coordinate and schedule call time
Track all call data, including texts, call backs, and emails from the candidate’s account, and ensuring all data gets entered in database
Responsible for nightly call reports
Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets
Staffing events as needed
Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Strong writing, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and passion for democratic fundraising
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
Flexible and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
A strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity and anti-racism
Valued Non-essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Florida ties
Spanish fluency
Prior working experience with NGP 8, ActBlue, Word, and Google Sheets/ Excel
Experience managing a call time for a principal
Experience working on a campaign and/or in fundraising
Location:
This position is based in Miami, FL and will involve some travel around Florida.
Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $4,500 per month with exact salary depending on experience.
