● Managing call time program, under the oversight of the Finance Director. This includes:
○ Preparing call lists and sheets for the candidate in CallTime.AI.
○ Staffing candidate during daily call time, providing in-depth information about donors as needed and inputting detailed call time notes into call time tracker, ensuring all action items are documented and tracked to completion.
○ Performing all call time follow up, including timely emails, letters, and calls.
○ Prospecting potential donors and overseeing donor research program.
○ Scheduling calls with prospective supporters.
○ Ensuring candidate time is used as efficiently as possible.
● Assisting the finance team with the development of fundraising strategy, including pitching creative fundraising ideas.
● Overseeing finance interns and general volunteers, as needed.
● Staffing fundraising events and meetings, as needed.
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive is preferred.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
● Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
● A valid US driver’s license, and access to reliable, insured transportation.
The Call Time Manager must be willing to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska.
