Overview
Former Delegate Jay Jones is running to be the next Attorney General of Virginia. We are looking for a detail oriented, hardworking individual to join our team as a Call Time Manager. ** This position will report to the Finance Director and is based in-person in Norfolk, VA. **
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the campaign’s call time program and assist in the execution of fundraising goals in coordination with the Finance Director
Prepare call lists and donor research prior to call time
Staff the candidate during call time, log activity in Numero, and complete all relevant follow up in a timely manner
Compile reports and work with Finance Director to track call time progress and maintain Finance Plan
Assist in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and events
Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidate
Assist with managing Finance Intern program
Required Qualifications
1-2 cycles of finance experience on a campaign, including working with NGP, ActBlue, and call time databases, as well as individually staffing candidate call time
Access to a car and valid driver’s license
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Extremely detail-oriented, articulate, and passionate about harnessing grassroots interest in electing Jay Jones as the next Attorney General of Virginia
Job Details: The compensation for this role is $4,000-$5,000/month. This position is full time and based in Norfolk, VA. This application will close on Monday, June 30th.
