Josh Riley for Congress is seeking a Call Time Manager to join the campaign’s Finance Team. The Call Time Manager will help oversee candidate call time and appropriate follow up, build fundraising events, and play an integral role in one of the most competitive Congressional races in the country. This is a full-time, entry-level position based in Ithaca, NY.
ABOUT JOSH
Josh grew up in a working-class neighborhood and saw his community struggle as factories closed down. His roots there have guided his career, including civil rights work for kids from low-income families who needed healthcare, serving as counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee where he fought the opioid epidemic, and briefing in the U.S. Supreme Court.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the campaign’s call time program from start to finish – conducting donor research to identify prospects, staffing call time with the candidate, and tracking pledges and contributions
Execute immediate follow up, pledge chase, and acknowledgement correspondence
Oversee data management to ensure accurate and timely records of all contacts
Build on the campaign’s existing fundraising programs to hit weekly & monthly goals
Assist Finance Team with other projects as needed
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills, and a positive and thoughtful attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
Experience with Excel, NGP8, ActBlue, or CallTime.AI is beneficial, but not required

Salary: ****$4,500 per month + healthcare reimbursement

Hours: **** The position’s schedule will vary based on the day to day needs of the campaign. It will require regular evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
