JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Call Time Manager to lead and scale the call time program of what is expected to be one of the most closely watched red-to-blue House races in the country. With a competitive primary and a high-stakes general election ahead, we’re building a team capable of powering a winning campaign, and fundraising is at the core of that effort.

The Call Time Manager is a junior staff-level position that will report to and work with the Finance Director to build and execute a multi-million-dollar call time program that engages stakeholders at the local, state, and national levels.

This position will staff the candidate, oversee the call time program on a day-to-day basis - including building out and scaling existing processes - and will work with the senior members of the finance team to create projections, and try new approaches to build donor relationships.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Colorado, with an option to begin remotely.

The salary is $4,500 per month, plus a monthly healthcare stipend.

Duties

  • Build out existing call time and donor targeting programs to hit monthly & quarterly goals.

  • Staff candidate in daily call time and form a deep understanding of donor relationships.

  • Create call sheets and research prospective new donors.

  • Execute follow up, pledge chasing, and acknowledgement correspondence for call time targets

  • Oversee data management systems - ensuring accurate and timely records of all contacts.

  • Work with the Finance Director to create accurate call time projections and make adjustments to ongoing processes.

  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • It is preferred that candidates interested in the Call Time Manager position have some campaign experience, either paid or volunteer.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • A keen attention to detail and love for data-driven processes.

  • Dedication to being a team player and trying new things.

  • Professional demeanor and willingness to adapt to a changing environment

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a campaign’s irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
