Blake Gendebien is a husband, father of three boys, second-generation dairy farmer, small business owner, and Vice Chair of the Cooperative Board of Agri-Mark. He was born and raised on a farm in the North Country and he’s been deeply rooted in this community his whole life – as a JV basketball coach, Lisbon Central School Board Member, and founder of a non-profit supporting kids with pediatric cancer and their families.

Job Description
Blake Gendebien is searching for a highly-organized, full-time Campaign Assistant/Scheduler. This role offers significant room for leadership and career growth over the course of the election.
This role will be a key part of our team and will be responsible for managing the candidates' daily schedules on a busy, fast-paced campaign, creating event memos, and booking travel and event accommodations. You’re an ideal candidate if you have strong time and organizational management skills, are a clear and effective communicator, and are comfortable working closely with the candidate. This role requires close attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to problem-solve.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Administering the campaign calendar, organizing meetings and events with and for the candidate, preparing memos for meetings and events, preparing reports, presentations, informational materials and other communications, setting up necessary technology, scheduling and hosting virtual meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of an extremely busy campaign.
Identify and staff principal at community events
Book travel for the candidate and making adjustments as needed when schedules shift.
Manage relationships with community leaders, local organizations, community associations, and campaign partners
Work closely with department heads and Campaign Manager to maximize candidate and staff time
Staff the principal
Additional duties as assigned

A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation
