with the Finance Director.

and tailored talking points.

- Brief the candidate before each call block and staff

call time to maintain focus and pace.

- Track dials, conversations, pledges, and notes in real

time using tools like Numero and NGP.

- Generate daily pledge-to-cash reports and ensure

timely, personalized follow-up.

- Draft thank-you emails, pledge reminders, and

handwritten notes; manage follow-up scheduling.

Event Staffing & Support (30%) - Attend and staff campaign events, house parties,

fundraisers, and community meet-and-greets.

- Track and manage event logistics, including set-up,

signage, literature, and guest lists.

- Support the candidate on-site with materials,

reminders, and follow-up tracking.

- Liaise with hosts, surrogates, and campaign team to

ensure seamless execution.
