JOB DESCRIPTION

Services Offered:

As the Campaign Coordinator, you will be expected to provide comprehensive management services that include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive campaign strategy that encompasses voter outreach, messaging, and digital presence.

  • Team Coordination: Oversee the campaign team's daily operations to ensure cohesive effort towards our goals. This includes managing various sub-teams and volunteers efficiently.

  • Field Operations: Oversee field operations to ensure effective voter outreach and mobilization efforts. This entails coordinating door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other direct voter engagement activities to maximize our campaign's reach and impact. 

  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute campaign events, including coordination with stakeholders for successful implementation. I will also be available on-call to staff these events, ensuring their smooth operation and the achievement of our objectives.

  • Communication Oversight: Manage all forms of communication, including press releases, social media, and email campaigns, to ensure a consistent and powerful message.

  • Financial Management: Oversee the campaign budget, fundraising efforts, and expenditure to maximize resource allocation and efficiency.

 

Compensation:

For the services rendered, the compensation will be as follows:

  • Monthly Stipend:$1,200 - $1,500 per month + Housing (bedroom)
