Saban for Assembly is currently seeking a proactive Deputy Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our campaign until election day. As Deputy Campaign Manager, you must oversee all aspects of the campaign, including get-out-the-vote efforts, mail-in voting initiatives, absentee ballot initiatives, day-to-day campaign office management, voter database management, research, and ensuring smooth election day operations. This includes devising targeted door knocking schedules and coordinating effective phone banking campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the GOTV initiative, ensuring strategic execution of voter outreach efforts.
- Utilize data analysis to refine GOTV strategies and maximize voter engagement.
- Manage and motivate campaign staff, volunteers, and interns to achieve campaign goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with party leaders, community activists, and social media influencers to amplify campaign messaging and support.
- Work collaboratively with affiliated groups and their teams to coordinate strategy.
- Develop strategies for increasing visibility and name recognition
